A big disappointment. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I expected better results. The color didn't turn out as promised, and my hair felt dry and damaged afterwards.

Beautiful color but I can't stand the itch when my barber puts it on my head. Don't know why we tried putting Splendor pouches in, but it's still itchy.

This is misleading advertising. Product coarseness my light brown to dark black. I bought this color to match my natural hair tone and it is labeled as dark brown but eventually I noticed that my hair color was going black and it wasn't covering my gray hair very well. The seller does not cooperate
