Too thin to wear and keep in the closet

I bought this for my kids' role play costumes. The suits aren't heavy, and this pole won't carry them. Every time he grabs the suit, they all fall down. The rod is extremely difficult to tighten, but it can break easily. DO NOT recommend for any purpose!

Who says cheap?

I think you get what you pay for. These bars are poorly constructed, bent almost immediately, didn't hold their position and I no longer use them. In fact, the cost wasn't much less than the cost of larger diameter and stronger rods. I wouldn't buy them as they are not strong, small (diameter) and don't last.

perfect for changing closets.

I used them as rods to store my baby's clothes in her closet. I added a shelf in the middle of her closet and wanted a second row to hang things, but I was an odd height and couldn't find proper clothes racks in Menars. And since I don't have a saw to cut wood, I just ordered them and put one on each side. Worked perfectly and was cheaper than clothes rails and better suited to baby hangers.

Let's face it, most of us who come here for a clothes rail know it's not! So I'm not going to give what I've decided to do badly anyway. Even the description says what it is for (curtains).
