Highly detailed and convenient for sleep tracking

I sleep very badly. My doctor wants me to do a sleep study, but I wanted to track my sleep from home first. I decided to try this o2 ring as it tracks my total night's sleep and oxygen levels, heart rate, and even tracks my every move. He has a great app that I can use to show my doctor every detail and help him diagnose me better, which is really necessary to improve my sleep. The app shows detailed charts for my entire night. I can even share my details with my family and give them tracking…
