I have read other negative reviews saying this is a great bag except it splits into a shoulder strap. This is to replace my Samsonite (which shoulder strap just fell off for some reason). I opened the package and pulled it out. You can see the result in the picture, where the bag is still in the shipping packaging! It tore open at the point of attachment. In no sane world would such a force tear ballistic nylon apart. Complete garbage.

I've had one of these for about ten years and it's starting to show its age. It has lasted much longer than the leather bags I've had in the past. After looking at briefcases and backpacks worth over $500 from Tumi and other high-end vendors, I was happy to see that I could get the same bag as before at Revain for only $70. Good product!

This bag was a replacement laptop sleeve. I wanted something with lots of pockets and a rugged look. It works well (a few odd pad placements) but after 5 months of light office use the side of the bag ripped right where the strap was attached. So I will look elsewhere for my next bag. I got 2+ years off my last one even though it 'seemed' cheaper. So buyers beware: if you wear it every day, then look elsewhere!

I bought this bag to take my Zondervan study bible with me. It met all my expectations and then some. My Bible measures 9 1/2 inches by 6 1/2 inches by 2 7/8 inches thick. This book is difficult to transport and definitely needs a case. Wenger was able to meet this need, accommodating my Sunday school literature and all the pens, paper and brochures I needed. I can always count on Wenger to deliver a quality product.

Wenger and Victornox briefcases and all products such as luggage and backpacks are among my favorites. Great workmanship and Swiss style always looks like you paid a lot of money for these super nice cases. There are many other great brands that cost more (and less) than the real Wenger. But you also have the choice between genuine leather and high-quality polyester material when it comes to the design material. The leather bags look like they are big $$$. I usually choose non-leather materials
