As described fits cutting tools

These scissors are small. It's a shame it wasn't paid close attention to. They match the ad. Non-stick and sharp. Nice little scissors.

Handy embroidery scissors

These are small scissors, only 10 cm long. They are extremely useful for sewing - trimming thread, trimming seam allowances, trimming and notching seam allowances, trimming ribbons and trimmings. Things you don't want to use your full-size scissors for. They are also suitable for cutting threads when crocheting or knitting.
