I read in a previous review that Westinghouse did not live up to expectations. Boy, that was an understatement. The screws that came with it didn't fit the hole in the bracket. The instructions weren't difficult, but to make it work I had to disassemble parts from other picture lights, including connecting the power cord from this one to the older one. Meets the most basic needs.

I have many portholes. This is by far the worst and most useless thing I've ever seen. The non-adjustable tint should radiate into the room, not into the picture. If you like looking at lightbulbs, then this is the light for you. I had to bend the rebar until the light hangs down in front of the painting and I can still see the bulbs. I plan on buying one from Lowe and throwing that piece of junk away.

I knew I was in trouble when I couldn't find a mount for my bulletin board with a good rating. Crooked, ringing, poor workmanship, too many bulbs and sockets. We barely managed to get it safely out of the package. I gave it two stars because I already had the ZAP remote switch and it lights the bb. Not suitable for floor mounting. 2.2 inch bulbs only. Don't expect much for $30 and you won't be disappointed. Don't expect the Westinghouse name to mean anything.

My mother and my wife's mother have already passed away. Both were artists. We have one of her paintings in our living room and use two Westinghouse Lighting Corp 75051 14" lights to display it. They also provide just the right amount of accent lighting in a room. Super quality and easy to use. I bought a plastic sticker from Home Depot to hide the cord. Paint the walkway to match the wall. More like 2.5 stars. I can't say I don't like it because I kept it, right? I looked around and found that it's either what I think is expensive or cheap, which is what it is. The bracket was crooked (not surprising given it's cheap, thin steel) and only had a light directing device around the bulb. You get what you pay for and I saved money and got very cheap light. With some nifty twists and retargeting, it works, but it's mostly cheap junk that's 1/10th the price.

I had to return another product where the attachment was ugly and obtrusive. Fixing this product is simple and easy to install on the wall. The switch is closer to where it plugs in, which can be an issue. I liked the warm light it gives off and it effectively illuminates a fairly large oil painting. The product was made cheaply and the poor quality was not reflected in the photos on your site. The so-called "brass" is rough and of terrible quality. The bracket is not adjustable as we had hoped and we have to look at the bulbs rather than the brass finish as expected. There is no way to adjust the lever to be able to disguise the bulbs. I would give it 3 stars out of 10 or 1 1/2. The specifications listed are incorrect and misleading. It says the clasp is adjustable but that is not true as the clasp is fixed and cannot rotate. A section is visible so that the light from the bulbs can be seen. The only adjustment to tilt the shade down to eliminate the lights' visibility is to manually bend the bracket that secures the unit to the back of the picture frame.
