Tutu-Rifik Joy!

I ordered this for my niece's ballet concert and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product. The layered tulle gave the skirt a nice puffy effect while the black color added elegance to her look. The fit was perfect and the elastic waistband made it easy to adjust for a comfortable fit. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the tulle has faded a bit but overall it was a great purchase and my niece loved rolling around in it. Would definitely recommend to other parentsโ€ฆ

Buy a new review on my review.

I was nervous about buying this item for my daughter because of the sizing but for my 16 month old girl who is over 20lbs it fits perfectly and I think it will fit a 2 year old too. Excellent purchase
