🧺 Medallion Gray Deluxe Ironing Board Cover and Pad by Whitmor Review

Cheaply made and does not withstand the steam function of a standard household iron. I've had it for 7 days now, I'm making masks due to Covid-19 and the lid has burned out and is now starting to fall apart.

Although the ironing board cover looks good, it is of poor quality. I left a warm iron on the board for a few seconds and it burned through immediately. I've never had any problems with other ironing board covers. Wouldn't recommend it.

My mother taught me that when replacing an ironing board cover you should always leave the padding of the old one on the board as the padding grows over time. I have filling for life and this sleeve is well filled too so my board is luxurious! Fabrics don't stick to it. very nice case!

I was attracted by the good reviews but this product is not the same. They must have changed the design because mine is thin and offers almost no padding. It also has an odd coating that clothes almost stick to. Makes ironing a real chore again. Don't waste your time with this rubbish.

That's it. Inexpensive ironing board cover. Was a bit disappointed that the padding was so thin. I have an ironing board with a metal grate on it (similar to the grate on wrought iron patio furniture) and the pattern appears on some fabrics. Eventually it almost disappears, but knowing it's there you can still vaguely see the pattern. A thicker pad would make this option much better.

The ironing board cover/insert I received was well made and fitted my ironing board very well. The downside was that the padding wasn't as thick as advertised. I had to buy a separate pad to put on top of it to make the pad really thick. Also on the cover were two small stains, each the size of a coin. They looked like steam stains. I ordered this bag in a white and gray grid pattern for about $10. I can think of many things I'd rather spend $100 on than a new ironing board, so my main goal was to improve my old one aesthetically, and I'm glad it really did! Less than a year later I bought 4 of these ironing board covers. Why do I keep buying them? Because of the lines in the pattern. I use them to crease edges on my masks. The first blanket I bought was so singed from burns that I smeared it with Oxy Clean stain remover, left it overnight and the next day the fabric was falling apart in that spot. So I ordered a new one. And I put the new one on top of the old one so I have extra padding. But I could always tell that there was this "hole" down…
