Description of Wild Safari Prehistoric World Suchomimus

Suchomimus was a theropod dinosaur that lived in the Lower Cretaceous (about 120 million years ago) in what is now Niger, Africa. ‘Suchomimus’ literally means ‘crocodile mimic’. Like many theropods, Suchomimus was large, at least 30 feet long. In contrast to most theropods, the skull of Suchomimus was extremely thin and had a low profile. Its jaws were long and slender, and contained a total of about 120 conical teeth that did not resemble the blade-like teeth of most theropods. This figure is 7.5 inches long and 3.75 inches high. The model has a dark green back and orange-yellow belly. Like modern crocodiles and alligators, such a color combination would make the dinosaur harder to see in the water by their prey. The Suchomimus is part of the Wild Safari Prehistoric World collection non-toxic and BPA free.

Great but the colors aren't right here

I'm curious to see who's taking these dinosaur models on Revain. Color is always far away. This one looks almost blue from the top, but it's actually a lot better than the dark green (the bottom is about the same color). There is a Styracosaurus that is pink, but the actual color is brownish-red. In any case, this is a good model. He balances on his front foot, but that's probably how it should be for this fish eater. When I saw a real skeleton I was surprised at how tall it is (36 feet) and…

Beautiful sculpture and eyes!

Very nice scaly texture. Individually shaped teeth and excellent quality. However, the pictures describing the item were misleading. I ordered this sushi mimus expecting a bright turquoise and yellow pattern. However, its colors are more of a muted dark green and a cloudy yellow with brown. , just not the colors that were shown to me in the photos. Still great. Very durable. Stands on its own and tolerates moderately rough play. (Try not to break it, its tail may break if you try, but with care
