Willie Max 58633 00 Motorcycle Saddlebag Review

High quality kit but just a request for my style of bike. Please add longer bolts for the bottom bracket insert, I had to go to Lowes and change this with the kit. The very small screws I will call screws made this very difficult and would never get the nut through the pockets and up to the bracket. That great purchase aside, I love the quality and durability of the THNX Dowco Willie & Max kit.

I have a 2016 Yamaha bolt and after many months I was struggling with which bags to get and how to install them. I bought these mounts because they are more or less modular. The included bolts to attach to the bike weren't long enough so I had to go to the hardware store to get more. I also had to use the screws left over from the headlight restoration to install the lower support rod. To be honest I would buy them again, but only because the OEM bags and mounting hardware are around $850.

Received a package with parts already opened and loose. Seems to have been a return. I think all the parts were there. I can't be sure if the supplied screws were the correct ones from the kit as they were at least 5/8" shorter. I had a few screws in my garage that were long enough to get the job done. but they were not long enough to reattach the sissy bar docking gear. With just the right screw length to bolt on the front hardware, this would be a great kit at a great price. Install them on…
