This piece of junk doesn't make the coffee warmer than just leaving an open cup on the counter. I even pour in boiling water for 10 minutes before pouring in hot coffee. waste of money. Do not worry! Now I have to buy another one. DISSATISFIED! :(((

Pros: This product has a nice clean look. It has quite a large capacity and only costs $20. Cons: As soon as you close the lid, you can hear air escaping. If you overtighten, the handle will not fit/align to open the lid, making it non-functional. The inside of this thermos is made of plastic, which is probably another reason why it doesn't hold heat well. Coffee cools down within an hour. I would like others to write a review, I would not have bought it if I had known about these shortcomings.

Keeps coffee hot and fresh for hours (6). I don't understand the bad reviews. Looks great and easily holds 8 cups. Clean up the East. It's not fully sealed, there is a slight air leak at the spout, but it's ok, my coffee doesn't take on smells from my fridge or anything. I really like it and I'm glad I bought it.

Received this item quickly and it was new as promised. We bought this to keep our coffee warm after drinking a few cups from the pot. The advertisement claimed that this product would stay liquid or cold for a long time. We found that it doesn't even keep the coffee warm for 30 minutes. I have contacted the seller.
