Works well but the product received is different from the picture. Should have had a stainless steel edge but didn't come.

This is rubbish. In less than a few months, they're licking and always at a high level, no matter what value you set for them.

I love this large stock pot but be sure to give it time to heat up. The soup needs time to heat up. I usually put my soup in when it's hot to keep it warm.

We use this to melt chocolate for chocolate covered strawberries. Perfect for a chocolate party. Who wouldn't want to see a "soup kettle" full of chocolate?🤷🤷

At first I tried to find a food warmer. And I ordered it for a restaurant. I've been using this for a few weeks. The warmer temperature is ideal for what I need. And every night before closing. All we have to do is water the beef and use soap, clean it and air dry it. It looks like new.

I've looked everywhere for a soup warmer that wasn't $500. And had no such luck before! I ordered 2 heating pads for the dinner buffet at my hotel. Upon receipt, the merchandise appears to be of excellent quality and looks great. The warmer also comes with a magnetic tag to identify the soup. We found this product easy to use and a great purchase.

Was very upset with this product. When I received this I saw there was a couple of paint chips missing which I didn't think was that big of a problem so I put it on and after a couple of weeks I took it out to use it and put it in and that Light didn't come on. I'm not even working on it to tell you it works, I will never buy one of these again.

That's a big pot! It looks good, warms well and I've had compliments on it. Remember to pour water into the inner pot (up to the fill line) and then set the pot (the one containing the food/soup) down before turning it on. Also, it has an auto shut off when it gets hot. I know this because that's what happens when you don't pour water between two pots. love it though Buy it.

UPDATE: It's been 15 months since I bought 2 of these, now one of them is broken. Even with the weakest fire, the soup it contains will continue to be heated and cooked. I will buy another one before next soup season. Original Review: This is the second one I bought to match the first. Good price. The tall and thin insert took a little getting used to, but they work! Easy to clean.
