Will not buy this cake item again. If I made simple cakes or tarts, that would be perfect. But it's almost impossible to use this for a cake. I had to cut open the box to allow the cake to fit neatly without ruining the decorations. The assembled box does not have a flap to open the box like you would in a candy store or grocery store. You have to put the cake in the box and hope the edges don't hit the walls. And try displaying the cake once - forget it. If you're going to use this for a cake,

later I took these thinking they would also work for cake stands in a frame. These are the worst cake boxes. They look cheap but most importantly they are not durable for cake carrying unless you glue them to one side. There was a hole in one of the boxes. The box is not as strong as the others. I will never buy this product again and if you are a regular baker I would advise against it unless you are making box cakes which are lighter than the decadent cakes you will find in a good bakery…
