So far it's been great, it holds the window perfectly and holds my heavy Note 9 phone with its large body. Love it, will update again later this year

The best tablet holder I have ever used is the second one, some careless people broke my last one. They definitely improved the quality. The only thing that annoys me is that the suction cup doesn't stick.

Device works well but the 'spreading' of the claws holding the phone can be a bit tricky at first but you quickly get used to it. Best of all, the device holds the cell phone securely on the windshield, even on rough terrain.

Phone clips are plastic, keep opening and closing after 2-3 months, they break I have a big phone so clip them Spring as much as possible and press hard on the clips. I think if you had a smaller phone you wouldn't have this problem.

The only problem I have is this. The way you insert your phone into this mount requires you to press hard on the retaining forks, which will cause the suction cup to come loose in one out of three cases. So you have to reapply it after inserting the phone. I would prefer it to be more stable without the need for constant maintenance like this.

Sticks well to windshield and hasn't come loose yet, just annoying. I wish it would stick to my dash, but everything is bent in such a way that it couldn't stick to anything other than the windshield. It worked great in the summer but now that the temp is in the 30's and 40's it has fallen off the windshield. multiple times. I took it home to warm it up and it seems to be sticking again, but I'm not sure for how long. Cold weather seems to affect stickiness.

Excellent, easy car mount. I don't like the side handles, they don't seem to hold up well so the top and bottom handles work for me. Inserting and removing the phone is easy. Simply flip it over the spring-loaded side of the mount and push down. A piece of cake. The suction power on the window mount is excellent. I never felt the device fall down. My only complaint would be that the fingers move back and forth too easily. A little super glue held everything in place.
