The muff is nice and works well for my purposes. I use it indoors as my hands always feel uncomfortably cold when sitting still. Planned for use with heat packs but they weren't needed. Much more comfortable for relaxing in the evenings!

I really like this clutch. I'm sitting in a house with a heat of 65 (yes it's my fault) and sometimes I just get cold. This muff is super soft and quickly warms up my cold arthritis hands. The only negative is that it scares my cat. Yes, no problem at all. :-)

The lining is terrible. I turned it inside out so it was more comfortable. Cell phone pocket is another silly idea. Now that the bag is out I use it for my radio. If I couldn't find a better use by turning it inside out, I'd return it. 😖

My 88-year-old mother freezes all year round. Especially her hands. I gave this to her when we watch our TV shows at night. In fact, there is even a pocket inside where I bought a separate pocket warmer and put it in this pocket. Great accessory for my mom.

Got this as a Christmas present for my mom who is 99 and always cold. I saw a photo of her and her twin sister wearing muffs when they were girls. My mom opened it and just started laughing. She loves how soft it is and even gave the muff a name: Fluffy. She smiled broadly and said it was the best Christmas in years.

Surprisingly soft, warm, cuddly. I got one for a cold colleague but ended up wanting one for myself. Being like a teddy bear is enough when you need something to hug without looking too weird during your workday. The outside is much softer than the inside but it's ok. I believe cats and small dogs will enjoy it too.
