I didn't realize it before I bought it but when it came I found there was 2 inches of keyboard left under the last row of letters. There's nothing on it... it's just black. Perhaps keeping your wrist at a certain height when typing helps people avoid carpal tunnel syndrome. Anyway, it takes up too much space on my desk. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew how unusually large it is.

The box arrived as if it had been stepped on. The keyboard was simply thrown in and wrapped in a very thin white packet. You know what's usually on the front of a monitor when you first unpack it. The box completely lacked the mouse and the keyboard lacked the F5 key. No USB antenna could be found. Now, to their credit, they sent me another one a week later, but still nothing.

Keystrokes are fairly soft but comfortable, the full-size keyboard with number pad is useful, as are the separate F-keys with a space between Esc. which prevents me from pressing F1 instead of Esc. It would be useful to have dedicated action buttons like calculator and email. The board is a little thin, so it flexes a bit and doesn't exactly stand on four corners, resting his hands on the palm rest, it seems to occupy the slot at an angle.

I received this item quickly and am a satisfied customer. I like the stylish design of the keyboard and its width. It has a smooth texture/feel. Easy to use and loves wrist resting place. The only thing I would love is if I just plugged in the USB and both the keyboard and mouse would work, but you have to include the batteries. For me it is not critical, but for many it can be. Overall I love this product and hope it lasts a while.

Despite the name and description, this is not the best keyboard/mouse for use with a Windows computer. The first thing I noticed was that the keyboard wasn't positioned quite as I was used to (the forward slash was in a different place, causing me to repeatedly press it instead of the Enter/Enter key). Sorry, there are quality control issues. Right out of the box, I noticed that the 2 key on the number pad looks like it was pressed into the keyboard. I've tried making it show up, but it doesn't work. I had no trouble pairing my keyboard and mouse to my desktop, and the first thing I did was test the 2 key to make sure it worked. This keyboard is amazing. It arrived on time and was well packaged. As soon as this keyboard came out of the box, I plugged it in and within a minute it was up and running.
