Bought one, tried three sets of batteries that worked in other devices. The remote did not respond to any button. To return.

The device works fine as intended, but some keys are sometimes unresponsive. The battery life is better than I expected, but that may be because the design is a bit subpar and we don't use it that often. I think we only use it when we need to play the keyboard and the light is so hard to find when you end up having to turn on the overhead light to find the keys which defeats the purpose. There should be a separate lighting button. What is the light button for if you can't find it in the dark?
