The keyboard was initially quiet as advertised but is now 3 months old and clicks worse than the keyboard that came with the computer. The mouse wheel makes a grinding noise. I work in the same room as other people and the noise bothers me as much as my colleagues. Very very disappointed.

Mouse base won't stay in place after batteries are installed. Although I love this keyboard. Its keys are quiet and smooth-running. I bought this product because it was €10 cheaper. Buy a $40 mouse with a better mouse as you will need to glue a pad to the mouse if you keep it. They have a baby magnet that isn't strong enough to keep the door closed.

The keyboard is good, light, quiet keys. The mouse is quiet but the batteries won't let the back stay in place because it's magnetic so I have to put a small piece of tape on it. Also, every time I turn off or lock my laptop, I have to remove the back cover, take out the batteries, and put them back together because the mouse stops responding. I need them to W@H immediately otherwise I would most likely be sending them back.

This keyboard and mouse are terrible. Every time the splash screen comes up or my computer goes to sleep, the mouse and keyboard get disabled and I have to unplug the USP, power cycle the mouse to get it working again. I've been using the mouse for less than a month and the scrollbar clicks and gets stuck every time I use it. The keys did not press easily and wobbled/moved a bit. Was disappointed but kept it and gave it away at a flea market last week. Again crap for the fast money. Do not buy. I've gone through two. Not only is it difficult to secure the batteries in the mouse to make the back hold up, but the USB connection is unreliable. I liked how quiet the keyboard and small mouse are, but that's about it. I'm throwing it away and will only do it with Logitech because at least you can buy a new USB drive if you lose it. I have a Mac and got this beautiful keyboard for Christmas but the volume keys don't work. I tried enabling them in the system settings but there is no option. None of the F-keys above work (e.g. volume up, pause/play, email, home, etc.). And the buttons on the side (between the letters and the number pad) don't work either (e.g. page up, page down). , end, home, etc.) Maybe it's just because Apple computers might not be compatible with those keys or something?
