A year later… on chargers and power packs

I bought two of these chargers on May 17th 2020 and they worked perfectly about 2 months ago when now every time we put the phone on the changer it won't charge UNLESS we pull the plug from the back and again - plug it in to reset the changer. And sometimes we need to disconnect and reconnect 2-3 times before it stays in charging mode. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I will be buying two more to replace these. And will NOT be this brand. The best wireless charger!

I love these chargers, I have a Samsung Note 10+ and an iPhone 8+ and I used to have a Note 8, all of these devices are charged efficiently and effectively by Nanami brand wireless chargers. And the amazing thing about this design is that the phones just sit securely (elongated lip) while charging, unlike the Samsung chargers I have. So the phones won't slip off easily. I love this wireless charger!

I took this product with me to the hospital where I had an operation and had to stay overnight. It worked great when charging my Samsung phone. My son came to stay with me after my surgery was over and his phone was about to die. He rummaged through my night bag and found the charger. He liked how he could hold his phone upright and look at it while it was charging and he could see if anyone was trying to contact him without picking up the phone. I've been using it every day since I came home…
