Great product, one problem

Took a star because it has a big annoying 'feature'. When I adjust it on my bedside table, the light is touch activated and fills my whole room with light, blinding me and my wife. Otherwise I love this item. It is very comfortable.

I can't charge fast

This stand is excellent in terms of comfort and footprint. I can't set it to "fast charge", if I use a regular cable without a stand it "fast charges" my phone, but when I put the same cable in the stand, fast charge stops working. I attempted to return via Revain but once I realized it wasn't a fast charge the return window had expired. I have contacted the company and as it is still under warranty I will try another and make sure I have the correct cable/adapter.

Does what it says on the tin

Pretty good quality product, very thin, light weight and portable. The ability to turn off the side light is useful, and as others have pointed out, you need to turn it on just in time to charge your phone. However, it needs to be plugged in and is not adjustable (height, angle) like the one I use on my computer. After a few minutes it got quite warm. While I love it, I don't really see when I need a portable charger to plug into, so I'm returning it and buying a wireless battery pack instead…

Does not support fast charging of Samsung devices.

Attached images are screenshots of charging details for my Samsung Galaxy S20. I currently have a Zhike 4-in-1 wireless fast charger (whose primary phone charging coil is a 10W fast charger), but I wanted to add this part for commuting and for my desk. I was so excited about the features and an even faster wireless charger as my phone doesn't currently support wired charging due to port damage, but unfortunately this part doesn't even live up to the Zhike 4-in-1 at 10W. I can only assume that…
