I had searched revain for "woman slipper wide" and this was one of the options presented. It is not at all for wide feet. They can cause friction or rubbing on certain parts of the feet.

This is my second try to get a good fit. I tried size 7 and they were too large and I returned them. Reordered a size 6 and they rub the back of my heel. I will be either returning them or throw them away. No more orders for me.

I work from home and was looking for something with a little more support that would last. This slipper wasn’t exactly that but it will do for now. I will buy something a little higher quality next time. The support is not as good as I hoped for. It is comfortable but not very thick. Overall it is a decent slipper.

These are soft all around without seams putting pressure on your toes. My arthritis is at the stage where my toe joints are so worn down they are growing spurs on my toes, especially the large ones and on the sides of my small ones. The big toe area was so swollen and red I thought I had gout! I wish that were true because there's something you can take to get rid of it. usually wear a 7 1/2 but only come in whole sizes. I got size 8. My heel slips some, but overall a great slipper. Very comfy.

For half sizes, order next size up. These are comfy and easy to wear. The lining keeps your feet warm without socks. Perfect for those that don't like to walk barefoot. Sole is sturdy and non-slip to wear outside to the mailbox.

I don't know if a smaller size would work because the toe length fits perfect. Its the width which i have a wide foot and my foot has no support on the sides. The back of the shoe is very awkward also. Almost to high which makes it loose also. If you are going to just sit these are very comfy and warm but not for walking around the house

I bought these to wear when going to get mail, take the trash out, etc. But the sole didn't last near as long as I expected- less then 3 months with fairly light to medium usage.They were comfortable however. The shoe length was a little longer than my foot required.If you want some mostly inside with a little outside use, these would be a good choice.
