I usually have trouble with swimsuit bottoms and waist ties that are too loose. These fit PERFECTLY! I would definitely buy them again. Very cute cutout on the side of the bottom piping just enough to add a few details. I ordered medium, weigh 150 pounds and am 5ft 9 inches tall.

You are great! Wanted high waist boys shorts for swim trunks and tried a few other pairs first which didn't fit. They fit well, are well cut, true to size and fit exactly like the picture. The material is good, the color has not faded, nothing shows through. Highly recommended.

I have big legs and butt. I needed protection to be comfortable. I prefer pants with a high waist because I feel comfortable in them. I bought about $90 worth of swim trunks from Target to try it out. I'm sending them all back and sticking with it. They meet my criteria for good swim shorts. I think it will be comfortable enough for me to sit by the pool.

*I* didn't pay enough attention to the sizing chart which says these sizes are one size smaller than US sizes. So even though the chart says the large size is US 12, it isn't. I'm a women's size 11, but the 12 I ordered here was tight. Suitable but not comfortable at all due to the narrowness. 14 ordered, fit much better. Don't be like me, be careful :)

The fit is a cross between a bike short and a boys short. I'm 5'8, 185. Usually a size 12 or 14. Goes down an inch on thigh. There is an inner layer and then an outer layer. I bought these to avoid the hassle of shaving on a trip to Iceland's baths and hot springs. I definitely have fat on the inner thighs and they really ride up because they are looser than cycling shorts. I think the smaller size would be too tight at the waist.
