Great strap in style and quality. Unfortunately if you order a size too big they basically have no way of making it smaller lol changing the corset piece doesn't help. The three buttons on the back are for adjustment only. I would like to exchange mine for a smaller size but not worth returning as it was cheap. The belt is really good, but definitely one size smaller! I weigh 280 lbs 5ft 3in and ordered a larger thinning that I could adjust and I can't 😅
