The shoulder strap width is thin and small. It cuts into the shoulder giving lot of pain. There are not many compartments. While opening the zipper of the inside compartment, I have to use both hands as it pulls the liner and does not open while using one hand only. The additional small bag is very inconvenient. This purse is definitely worth the money and it's a good size. However, I returned it because I ordered what they described as burgundy and it's what I would describe as deep reddish brown. I will probably order a black one to at least be sure of the color.

Perfect bag. Leather still looks good after over a year of heavy use. Zip closure at top keeps contents safe. Nothing has broken and straps have not loosened from studs. Would highly recommend this bag.

Love this bag. Great quality, excellent value! It's the perfect size and has great inside pockets for organizing. It even comes with a cross-body detachable strap. 5 stars all the way.

Pictures on line look great, however craftsmanship is poor. The inside zipper compartment would be better suited to business people if it was bigger to accommodate a tablet and padded for protection. The zipper for this tiny area, won't last long as it's already frayed at the ends. The inside material has gaps at ends so things could accidentally fall underneath. Could benefit those that wish to hide something.I don't think I will waste the time to switch my stuff over. Will return.

I am so pleased with this bag. I can put all my items I need in it, along with my 13" computer and a few files. It has space for my phones and a safe place to store several other items. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again. The Coffee color allows me to use black or brown with it.

Wasn't a bad bag. Pretty. Soft leather. The color was as described, but just a bit too small. Is that the maker's fault? I don't know. I returned it, but if it had been a little bit bigger I would have kept it as a work bag to take to court instead of a brief case when I didn't need to bring a lot of paperwork with me.

This is beautiful and functional, and I like that I can place a normal size folder with documents in it and close it. I also like the separate compartments for different items. This is a great buy!

Been using as my work bag for two weeks now. MacBook air fits perfectly. Great product for the price! I have concerns that the thin strips may begin to pull away from the body of the bag over time with the weight I put in it but so far so good! Bonus, it came with a cute colorful scarf that I've tied on the bag for a fun splash of color.

A nice sized shoulder bag. Fits my water bottle, books, food and my laptop. The straps are adjustable which is nice. Two zipper compartments. One pocket on the outside.Downside is that this bag is made of lower quality material. The inside is rough. The zipper is rough, may get stuck. A hint to watch out for when buying hang bag is that avoid the poor quality zippers. If the zippers are poor quality, the bag won't get anywhere better.

I accidently ordered 2, 1 is being returned. The lining of the bag is not sewed to the leather of the outside. The lining is attached with 4 gormets. You can actually put stuff between the bag and the lining. Never seen a bag with lining not attached, appears unfinished. Leather is nice.
