So my waist is 38 inch and I bought size L 35-39 inch and it fits perfectly! REMEMBER YOU WANT TO BE LIGHT BUT NOT COMFORTABLE. Don't think that if you have a waist size of 38 you should increase the size, NO! It stretches well and you can move and breathe in it. It adds sexiness to your wardrobe. Gives a nice hourglass shape. I didn't buy it for a suit but for everyday wear.

Don't use a size chart. I measured and ordered accordingly, but then had to quickly switch to the correct size for Halloween. The big one was huge. I ordered a small just to make sure I had something for my suit but a medium would have been better. But he has served his purpose. It's very large so it doesn't fit into my regular wardrobe but should suit those with a more adventurous wardrobe.

XS 24-26 inch bought more like 26 inch a bit too big not tight. All in all this is a great value. People sell them on Poshmark for $28! I had to return due to too much landing. Incredible return policy. I recommend to anyone looking for a waist cincher with little ruffles and flounces. Only reason for return is correct size - bought for a petite person.
