👘 Bohemian Women's Clothing: Kimono Cardigans for Swimsuits & Cover Ups Review

So I have to say that I ordered this cape with such apprehension because I am a plus size woman. It was said to be suitable for tall women but I've been lied to before. (Sadly, that's not uncommon in the plus-size world.) But I took a leap of faith, and I'm very glad I did! It's very cute and really fits! I've had many compliments and this was the perfect complement to my beach outfit.

I really like the new, trendy look of the kimono and wanted something more flowing. I'm a plus size woman and I'm concerned that "one size fits most" might get tight on the arms etc. It is great. My only minor complaint is that the sides are only held together with a seam. I can sew the sides a few inches just for more stability (for lack of a better word). Otherwise it's perfect.

I was pleasantly surprised with these wraps, unlike most kimono wraps I've ordered from Revain they were made from softer and lighter weight cotton (not synthetic!). Much nicer on the skin and better for hot summer days! I love their length and the way they drape, they go great with shorts, bikinis or even pants. My only disappointment was that the leopard print cloak has an unfinished hemline (see photos) which makes it look a bit...well, unfinished.

I was skeptical about buying this as I'm a true 2xl and tend to be taller (5ft 8") but really wanted something to cover my skirt tankinis as well as something I could wear it over my maxi dresses at the beach when we were playing putt-putt on our vacation. I was very happy with how it looked and felt when I put it on - it was simple but gorgeous! and roomy enough so I think it might even fit someone 3xl :)
