This is the best neck pillow I have ever bought. I received the navy blue - so glad I bought 2 of these. The beads have just the right stiffness and the outer material cools the face. It has a handy plastic clasp so you can attach it to your bag when travelling. Would definitely buy again!

product NOT as described. The seller is not telling the truth in the description. The pillow is filled with foam balls, not microballoons. The pillow does not support the head. Unfortunately, just because a product is on the leaderboard doesn't mean the description is fair.

I've had two; One started leaking after a few months. In the second, about a year later, a constant leak appeared. The source of the leak isn't obvious, so it's difficult to fix. When they were new I liked the texture and density, but they quickly lost bulk. They can be great for occasional use but not as a daily support pillow.

I needed support for my legs while I was sleeping. All other pillows were memory foam and didn't offer enough support. This works great for me. I just bought a second one. The only downside is that it requires a removable cover for easy cleaning. Others mentioned a bad smell, I didn't notice any smell. Yes, the ball makes noise when it moves. It is no problem for me.

I have had 3 of these pillows for about 5 years now and wanted to replace them with newer ones. Long story short, microbeads appeared a few times after using this particular pad. fall out, making the biggest mess and rendering the pillow unusable. Very disappointed. I hope to get my money back from Amazon as many people have this problem.

This pillow exceeded my expectations. I always use this type of pillow after noticing significant relief from a stiff neck. Another plus is that I don't wake up with wrinkles on my face. Within a week this pillow started bleeding microbeads from a tiny hole that it accidentally made. Not even near the seams as others have reported, although that area looks like it could open at any time.
