The reliability of these headphones is terrible. I have had to change my headphones at least 4 times in the last 4 years. Usually one of the headphones stops working within 8-12 months. I contacted the company and although they gave instructions on how to solve the problem, it never worked. They exchanged it once under warranty. The only reason I stuck with them was for compatibility with my underwater carry case and for a while I thought I was just out of luck.

My wife loves these running headphones. They are sweat proof. They have a nice interface on the cable that allows you to answer and end calls, adjust volume and skip songs on the playlist without having to take your phone out of your pocket/case. BUT the quality seems to be poor although it doesn't seem like a cheap product. We bought new ones from REI for about $70. They lasted less than 6 months.
