It's heavier than I thought, but that's not a problem.

I use a harness to walk my dogs. I attach a carabiner to the D-ring and the leash handle. Having lost my right arm, the seat belts allow me to walk the dogs. I wear it inside out to tighten the strap with my left hand. So far it's working great!

Pros
  • For waist circumference from 31 to 56 inches, your family can use the same harness, home evacuation equipment prepared
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Climbing belt

I do not use this product for climbing. I use it on my treadmill. To get the benefits of the treadmill, I need to use an incline (I like to use 8-10%). My arm hurts because I have to hold on. But I have this belt, I fasten it. On a treadmill with bungee cords, I can walk up to a 12% incline, leaning on the tarp, I don't hold on, I can only wave my arms. I just love this belt. (I'm 67 by the way).

Pros
  • Breathable belt, sweat-wicking and comfortable
Cons
  • High price

I don't like the buckle

I am 77 years old and have a little balance problem. I was given this to enable me to work on ladders and/or scaffolding. I use a 1/4" rope and cam to stabilize myself and release quickly when changing steps. It's light but durable and I feel very stable. Cons: I don't like the closure system, it slips a bit, but still holds up. And with my arthritis it's hard to reconcile. I would prefer a cam buckle. If I wouldn't buy again I would look for a better locking system.

Pros
  • Durable polyester seat belt, high tensile strength, abrasion resistance, low friction
Cons
  • I will add later
