Good quality. The size chart is wrong.

The caliber and sizing chart you provided is incorrect. 12 AWG is 3.31 square meters. mm, not 4.0 sqm. mm. This explains why the 12 AWG spade terminals I bought from you are too loose on 12 AWG stranded wire to be useful. There is nothing wrong with your product or quality.
