Looks great. For some reason my single screw didn't go back into my tail light and I had to fiddle around for a while before it finally went in. You should probably consider that it can ruin the case inside. I do not know. But it's on and looks good.

Very easy to apply, it would take me about 10 minutes if it was that long. I think I spent more time admiring my Jeep, but that's the nature of the Jeep. Anyway, a nice fit around the taillight and gives the factory taillights a nice rugged look.

You get what you pay for. I think that's the right price for two pieces of grill. At the same time, the paint is not flawless, as is the finish. The hardware that comes with the guards is absolute junk (paint peels off with fingernails) so I reused the original screws. Before installation I covered the grills with clear coat, for the future I would recommend doing the same.

The screws that come with the lids don't fit which makes me think I will avoid this manufacturer in the future. The hanger bolts can be easily screwed back in using the spacers supplied. The quality is hardly satisfactory - it looks good on the taillights, but upon closer inspection the metal is unevenly cut and a bit wavy in places. You get what you pay for, which isn't that much anyway.

So I really like the product but.1). The item looked like it was a reshipment. The box was re-glued and crushed 2) it came with no instructions 3). The product had a chipped paint on one corner. I'm sure this is acceptable to some buyers, but when I'm buying something new I expect it to be fresh and new. Despite all this, the carrier was extremely helpful and picked up my package.

Thicker screws turned out to be too big - it was felt that the taillight housing was about to crack. The second head broke off when I tried to screw it in, so I used the original screws. I'm still worried that they won't hold everything in place as they're barely big enough to grab the threads. I can only imagine that it will tear over time. The cover looks amazing. I really like the matte black color.

I was a bit reluctant to order due to some reviews and lower cost, but I've looked at well-known brands that are more than double the price and some triple the price. and most also rust. If it lasts a few years I'll take it. Allow me to use the savings on other Jeep items. The directions were pretty much useless so I just held them up to the light to see what was right and what was left. It has a little curve that fits and you can tell. Besides, I'm satisfied.

Very well made item. I installed it on an after sales LED taillight, it fit perfectly. However, the bolts that came with the headlights were not the right size for the Jeep's mounting nuts. They were the correct length, but turned out to be a size 6 and not a size 8, which is the original factory size nutplate. I couldn't use the factory screws because they are too short. So a trip to the hardware store solved the problem. However, they look good and certainly protect the lenses.

I've seen a lot of people complain about the lack of instructions, but despite that, the installation is pretty easy. One thing to watch out for is to put the longer screws on the outside and the smaller screws on the inside. The smaller screws were almost too short to reach the pre-drilled hole, but it all worked out fine in the end once all the screws were in. I like the looks. I think it adds a fun touch to the Jeep.
