I knew this purchase was going to be hit or miss considering the price. It's a solid piece of steel that makes for a large belt is tailored. Bolts aren't the right size for one of the holes, no big deal, I can use them elsewhere. Most of the idler's top and bottom holes had weld slag or the occasional dirt. I drilled holes. Even with rough edges and one didn't that perfect finish it costs $30 to build a belt sander from scratch
