I bought this hat for my other half because the reviews stated it fits a large head. My other half wears a size 8 1/4 in fitted hats and hats that size are impossible to find. This bucket fit him perfectly! He tried the hat on but has not worn it yet. I will follow up after he has worn the bucket hat.

I found most bucket hats at stores like Target too small… more for little kids . This hat is fantastic… it has a removable strap and I love it so much I ordered in another color!

Great sunhat for my big head and thick long hair. I'm not usually a hat wearer because they always look ridiculous small on me. This is a nice quality bucket hat. It fits very deep so consider before purchase. I'm tall and have a deep face and most bucket hats look silly perched on my head like a cap. This hat offers good wind, sun and rain coverage and it's very attractive. I can fold up the front brim if I want and wear it with sunglasses on a sunny day. I live in the desert SW Arizona, and can wear it to the mountains as well. I haven't washed it but expect it would hold up to a washer and air dry.

Really nicely constructed of cool, lightweight cotton This XXL hat ACTUALLY fits my super big head and doesn’t smash my hair. The cord will keep it from blowing away, the brim is generous and shades my eyes, and it looks good. All I wanted.

I bought this for my husband b/c he has 2 other bucket hats(from his late mother, God bless her) that have become to raggedy to wear, so I thought he might enjoy a replacement or 2. I bought 2 different sizes(just one size difference, my intention was to send one back for a different size). He tried them both on and said one is too small & the other too big! Moral to this story! There's no pleasing a picky man(unless you're his mother)!

My boyfriend love this hat because it's big and it fits his head perfectly because he has long dreadlocks. The oversize design may make it difficult for the wearer to move around or engage in physical activities, as the hat may get in the way or weigh them down!
