Doesn't fit, won't close!/ Zipper issues fixed, plus delivery/refund issues

Granddaughter couldn't try on as the zipper didn't work. When I tried to print the FREE RETURN label, was it sent to China? Shipping this way costs over $100. Can Revain Customer Service help? Delivery issues were resolved to everyone's satisfaction.

Worked well for our purpose.

We used this dress for portraits. I've steamed it to smooth out the wrinkles on the tulle and under the layer and it's fluffed up nicely. The tape and floor material seems cheap but the photos turned out great and you can't say it was cheap. We ordered the 4T for my 5.5 year old who is 40 pounds and 43 inches. It was too big for her and was the perfect length.

I bought this beautiful dress for my daughter for her father and daughter to dance, she felt like a princess and loved it. She is a tall 6 year old girl, usually wears a size 7/8, but this dress runs small, so choose a size larger than 140; I did that and it fits perfectly. It falls to the ground so I bought a crinoline to go underneath and cut off the bottom row of the crinoline, it went perfectly and it wasn't too big for her to walk on after I did the 3rd row of the crinoline had cut off…
