Could be a little wider but works great, great for the money. I've had some that can handle higher temperatures before tanning, but we're three times the price.

Great for keeping fingers close to material and TIG/MIG torch for quick work. They're economical, slip on your fingers with Tig gloves, and look well made. Happy with the purchase.

This finger guard is worth the money. You can protect your finger during most of the welding process unless you're working with something small that heats up very quickly. I also use them to wrap the TIG torch when it gets too hot to hold, they work well in that situation too.

They're really big, but they can be cut or folded in to shorten them. I've had them for a few weeks now and one of them is almost too badly burned to use due to spatter. But I weld 12 hours a day at very high voltage, so that's to be expected. I've spent more on other brands and they last about the same. Aside from being so big, I have no complaints. A good product.
