I'm not sure if the TP I'm buying (Kirkland/Costco) is too big but this thing won't hold up straight. We added a washer because we thought it might help stabilize it, but it moved back down after use.

A great looking accessory to add the finishing touch to your bathroom. Extremely easy to install both on the wall and on the cabinet itself. Highly recommended product, bought 2 of them and am very happy with them

This is the second one we've had and the same thing happened. It's so thin that the toilet paper roll falls off because it's tipped over. We've tried getting dressed, nothing helps. waste of money. Oh, and it's in our guest bathroom, so it's used very rarely.

This holder is too small for many toilet papers. I didn't know at first as I put in half used toilet paper and it was installed in a rarely used bathroom, but when I tried the new paper (Kirkland brand) it didn't even fit. i throw it away

I never thought I would be reviewing a napkin holder BUT this one is outstanding in every way. First of all, it's beautiful. The finish is perfection. It is very durable and holds up well. Installation took 3 minutes. so easy. My bathroom looks like in a 5 star hotel. And the price is crazy. I've looked all over the Home Depot and both Lowes and the holder in these stores sell for $27 and up, not the quality of this holder. Thank you for an excellent product.

Manufactured to expected standards and fits perfectly. Note. The small hex screw MUST BE TIGHTENED or it may wobble. Installation is simple - screws into the wall (preferably with wall plugs - those are included) and then the actual handle is attached to the metal that is now in the wall - anyone complains, maybe this is user error during the Installation? If the metal is misaligned or the hex bolt is not tightened enough, it will wobble or appear broken.

Pros: - Looks good - Works well as long as you don't accidentally slam or pull too hard. Cons: - The mechanism that attaches the handle to the base (i.e. the tiny hex head screw) doesn't do much to help hold the handle in place. It spins fairly easily if you accidentally hit it or apply rotational force to the lever. The included drywall anchors are fragile. Both buckled and one broke so badly I just had to patch the wall and use a different anchor. We bought two of these but ended up not…

I have read almost all the reviews on this product. Let my experience with this product spoil you. It looks classy, brushed nickel and has an abstract design. I had no problem with the screws and anchors they provided me with. Drill a pilot hole and there will be no problem, even better if you can sink into the bolt. I tilted it slightly off center and pointed it up a few degrees to keep it from falling over. The way I positioned it perpendicular to the dresser so the paper doesn't fly away…
