Works great, spool placement direction is wrong

This is a great product that allows you to use a cone of thread that is too big to fit on the spool holder. The installation direction of the coil in the post is not the same at all

Will not hold up a standard spool of thread.

Good quality. It fits onto the threaded shank on the machine and fits perfectly. However, it doesn't hold the thread vertically and securely (see picture), and the rod that the thread is on is too big to hold a regular spool of thread. makes it useless with my featherweight.
