We accidentally threw away the original Wii charger and were afraid to buy a new one, assuming it would be expensive or very cheap. I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem not only at a very reasonable price but also of excellent quality. We've been using it for a week now and it's perfect. We got this a few months ago and we've only played it 4 times at most and last week when we tried it the adapter stopped working. Our last adapter (original) lasted 4 years, but this one failed 4 times. Seems to be a cheap alternative. I wouldn't recommend this one, I guess if you can find a better one, even if others might be a bit pricey but don't work, then what's the point. I hope this review helps and thanks for reading.

My Wii power pack about a year ago. If a young family came to town to entertain them. Bought it despite a lot of bad reviews. Glad I took the risk. I had no problems and it was used every day and left for several hours. I don't see any "fluffy" or "snowy" distortions. Works just as well as the original. This product does the job. Your Wii turns on, but since it's not providing the power that the Wii needs, the video is noisy and, in my case, can accidentally drop out. It also points out that the internal parts are of such poor quality that it delivers noisy electricity that will surely destroy your Wii in the long run. In short, using it will hardly work in the short term and cause permanent damage to your Wii in the long term. It has the same shape and size as the original Nintendo power bank
