Pretty even though it shrinks

The skirt is nice, thick and beautiful, but it sticks a little and shrinks a little in the wash and dry. It retracts pretty well, but it still sticks to the back more than I'd like, so it's not very good. :/ Also, I really like it but it doesn't make me wear it often or at all. Even at a size larger than I need, it's still the case.
