I have an extra belly but overall I'm quite muscular. I bought these runners in large and medium sizes. Large pants have a lot more sag and after wearing them for a while the waist is a little looser than I would like. The medium fit very well but the waist struggled to wrap around my hips and buttocks but when it did they fit fantastic. I really like the fit but I think they could be a little bigger at the waist.

These new joggers from YoungLA are the most comfortable joggers I own! I wear them to the gym. It is soft material, comfortable to wear and very stylish. I'm 6 feet tall, 180 pounds, waist about 31 inches. I buy small because I like tighter clothes at the gym and they are perfect! Two front pockets are perfect for your phone while you work out. I highly recommend these runners!

I bought a YLA before and this time I knew I should order a pair, the blue caught my eye and then I said let me go and buy another pair because I knew they would be A great pair for training and play. So I got them last weekend and wore a pair to workout and changed while lounging around the house. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a pair to work out or just chill! I'm 6'3", 223 pounds and balance my weight on my legs and glutes. The black color is very rich and saturated, but I thought it would be like in terry sweaters (like her shorts). Inseam is a winner! I could get other colors. Again, you get what you pay for. They have enough stretch for long walks and rest. I wouldn't workout or run in them because they will probably make you sweat.
