Flaky, clumpy mess after application

Using this product, our team found that it left their lashes looking clumpy and full of flakes, making it an unpleasant experience. The only positive was the dark pigment, making for an intense look. But overall, the negative effects outweighed the single benefit.

I love this mascara. It makes lashes look amazing with minimal effort. It lasts all day and is easily removed with soap and water.

Just because it's expensive doesn't mean it's of good quality.

For the first time in my life I order really expensive cosmetics and it's terrible. I asked what other people use for lashes and this was recommended to me so I figured I'd give it a try once it's $40 it should be good. not right. My $7 fiber lash I usually buy works much better. Applies smoother and gives more stretch. Not to mention my cheap mascara doesn't leave a raccoon eye on me when the mascara gets wet. That thing just melts off my lashes. Absolutely not worth buying, I want a refund.
