Disappointing quality, not worth it

Based on our own experience, these trekking poles were a letdown... While they were advertised as ultralight, they felt flimsy and easily bent during use. Their grip was uncomfortable and did not provide good support for our hands. The only positive was the price, but even that isn`t worth sacrificing quality for. As avid Sports and Outdoors enthusiasts we were disappointed in this product and would not recommend it to others..

Pros
  • Extremely lightweight and easy to carry
Cons
  • May require more frequent replacement due to the low weight

Not Worth the Blisters

Through trial and error, I found that these poles were a total letdown. They were barely sturdy enough for light hikes and on top of that, gave me blisters that I haven't had for years..

Pros
  • None
Cons
  • Unsteady and painful

It is so difficult to adjust the length that they are useless

The mechanism for lengthening or shortening these poles is so complicated that they cannot be used. I ordered these for my son's birthday a month ahead of schedule so on first use when we found them unusable we had just passed the Revain return deadline and lost all the value of these sticks. I bought a new kit from another manufacturer and I think I'll just throw it in the trash. Very disappointing.

Pros
  • Sports and Outdoors
Cons
  • Safety
