I work for a law firm that prints a lot for clients and the court. Thought I'd give this brand a try even though I don't know anything about them. The EZink TN850 toner cartridge is not convincing. It does a good job of printing letters, but the color isn't as sharp as the product claims. The only time I use a brand name is when I'm coming out of an emergency and need to go to the office warehouse. Update: After my original post, I was immediately contacted by a seller who wanted to resolve my issue with a refund or replacement cartridges. They supported their product and suggested that the one I was having trouble with was defective. They sent me 2 new cartridges and now the problem is solved. I will let you know if anything changes. Brother tries to monopolize their cartridges so they overprice "authentic" toner cartridges. Unfortunately, they succeed in most cases, as universal cartridges are often of poor quality or not rated for as many pages as advertised.
