Many Zojirushi designs hold the temperature well. I originally bought this to pack soup/chili/curry for lunch. However, it is big enough to fit enough food for two people. Usually it is 6-7 hours before meals. The food isn't hot anymore, but I wasn't expecting it. Warm is fine if you want warm food. Great! So glad I found this at Revain, which comes with a long spoon, a spoon storage box, and a large pouch with a loop for utensils and 🥢 chopsticks. The food glass is very large, almost as high as my tablespoons and forks. I found the spoons on the Zojirushi website. The glass is the perfect size for my lunch.
