Traction is great for managing and tracking email marketing campaigns

I like how easy it was to set up my account, as well as customize our dashboard/design very easily! It's also integrated with Salesforce so that makes life easier when we have multiple people in different locations working together (i'm one of them!). There isn't much about this program itself - but maybe they're adding more things now? As far as user experience goes though there are some quirks here & there which can be improved upon or made better by their customer support team. At first I…

  • How intuitive it is for me personally since I'm a non technical person to set up my own Zumen account..and to customize our dashboard etc
Cons
  • I'd prefer it if the load time was a bit quicker (not that I'm impatient)

Useful tool for managing various aspects related

I like that it has all of my invoicing, timesheets etc in one place which makes keeping track really easy to manage! Its also super quick at adding new records so there's no need too keep switching between programs constantly when you're just doing your daily business as this can be streamlined by using zumens system instead!! You could improve its support team if they were more proactive with queries or questions (rather than having people reply very late after long periods) but other then…

  • The fact everything is kept together under 1 roof for me personally saves time trying find certain things across various apps such as Quickbooks & Xero without needing access to an internet connection while travelling overseas / outstation ! Also allows integration via zaps easily making life easier especially where automation processes required within work flow processes e
