One of my locks broke and needed replacing. They work great. Cheap enough that if they break again I can replace them very quickly and easily.

the key was in the lock and would not come out, i need instructions, there are no screws for locks, it came quickly, the quality is good, i found a video on youtube thanks to youtube

Installed on Saddlebag TCMT Hard Saddlebag. The locks would not close due to blows from the latches, but once I bent them a little. They were ready to go.

No instructions, pre-installed screws kept falling off, one of the latch mechanism toggle switches fell apart. money and have it picked up in advance

I gave 2 stars because there are NO installation instructions or videos! We needed instructions! Tried YouTube but nothing really helped! The locks on this one are terrible too. Overall bad design. Spend more money on quality

The kit arrived on time. It is exactly the same as the photo and all the details are there. The price was 1/3 of the competition. My Softail will look great with hard bags. I will post pictures when I have it installed

They are pretty easy to install. The screws holding the lock have a different thread pitch. For this reason, I unfortunately broke off a head of the screw on the locks. It still works and appears to be there. I was able to install it without instructions. Locks appear to be of good quality. The time will show. I didn't get a weather report either. Not sure if it is included but it is mentioned in the review and you can see it on the order picture.

Bought for my '98 Road King and happy with what I got. Considering this kit comes complete with locks AND weather protection and costs under $200 (compared to the $400-$600 HD kit), it's a great value. The installation was good, the quality of the product is very good (again considering what you pay) and the customer service is great. One of the latch covers (metal, not ABS) was badly scratched in transit and after a phone call a replacement was mailed. Installation instructions were not…
