This catcher underperforms in terms of its ability to catch shawarma juice. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I was disappointed to find that this catcher was not effective in keeping my kitchen clean during peak hours. The design is not compatible with larger, industrial rotisserie machines, and the materials used are not durable ENOUGH for constant use. The price point may be attractive but the investment is not worth it in the long run..

I give 4 stars because overall it is exactly what was advertised but for the Price I expected a little more A few notes on this: • As it is a handmade product, it has some artefacts and sharp edges • The screw holding the handle is screwed in from the inside, which means that it is simultaneously and something more stuck in food to brush around.
