I just started using this product. However, I am absolutely thrilled with it. Not only does it keep all of my hair from going down the drain. But it allows the water to go through very easily without causing any slowing in draining my shower. Also periodically some little bug would try to come up through our sewer line into the shower. This I’m certain will stop that. I used a regular handheld tin snipper to cut it down to size. And then just screwed it right on top the existing drain cover using the screw that comes with the original drain cover. Works like a charm. I will be using the other pieces to cover up a couple vents in my attic. It's very sturdy metal. But not too rigid to keep you from being able to manipulate it.
