83 vs 75? 3D Printer Parts & Accessories

**Update: Yes, it was a car. Small piece of plastic stuck in the filament inside Guide tube lets it through but increases drag. This caused the machine to fail with the micro swiss nozzle compared to the original FF.The wall deflection angle could have been smaller but the product is solid. The FF is on the verge of Failing but still upset. Firstly this is just my experience with one machine. Your experience can vary greatly. I've been using 3D printers since the 90's to create some very large format (family machine for everyone) and the results have been disappointing Lots of sticking and starts/stops Switched back to FF nozzles and it's working reliably again (41.5 deg wall deflection per corner. With 4 angle measuring points. Picture included) compared to d Original 75 degree Flash Forge nozzles (37.5 degree wall deflection). So will sticking result in a 5.4% increase in injection pressure? Maybe FF just doesn't work? He reliably produced prints that lasted 28 hours and worked consistently across seasons. Pay attention to the inner lining of the nozzle. In the pictures you can see the cooled plastic in the nozzle on the left (HIPS/white) and on the right (ABS/black. Hatchbox, IC3D etc. clear of a cleaner filament). used to make an impression). Also included are interior pictures of the nozzles (diameter). When it comes to 3D printers, sometimes it feels more like art than engineering. It always depends on the technique.
