I like how simple they are in making an online helpcenter, their team is always there if something goes wrong! They have all that we need at one place so its super convenient!! Sometimes when someone clicks somewhere out of sequence things get messed up but thats our fault not theirs :) The customer service from them has been amazing as well - whenever i ask any question about what features should be added etc., within couple hours my ticket gets answered by some expert who knows exactly whats needed! We use this tool mostly internally which can sometimes lead us towards creating too many tickets with minor issues rather than having proper troubleshooting guides posted instead (which happens occasionally).
This helps me solve 90% problems without adding more tasks into queue :D Highly recommended!!
